At midmonth, (above) and a report reflecting on his first year at 春色视频 Health (he started July 2, 2018) and looking forward to the next.

鈥淭he culture here is one of kindness, compassion and excellence,鈥 Lubarsky wrote. 鈥淚t doesn鈥檛 need an overhaul. It needs a new strategic direction to take all that鈥檚 been built and adapt it for a future that is as exciting as it is inevitable.鈥

His one-year anniversary report is in two parts:

  • in which he states, 鈥淢uch of what we accomplished was made possible by creating partnerships, internally and externally, that freed up people to do the right thing.鈥
  • in which he declares the coming year will be the 鈥淵ear of Patient Access.鈥

Meet the new deans

鈥楨mbracing our future鈥

鈥淎nd so we begin the next phase,鈥 Lubarsky said July 22 at the morning reception where he introduced the deans on their first day of work. 鈥淏ringing in new blood constantly is key to the life blood of an academic organization. It gets new thinking, it gets new teamwork, it gets new ideas really out there and into circulation, and lets us embrace our future.鈥

Brashear and Cavanagh will work jointly and with Lubarsky to develop models around integrated care delivery and advanced practice for both their disciplines.
